Water Festival Gift

I was watching out for the water festival gift, and I thought that would be pretty nice, but this gift was actually looks like a dress made by a non-pro designer that was straight from StarDesign Fashion.
I am not getting mean or whatsoever but I expected much more than this. Maybe this was the price for "Vote for best water design" contest. Maybe.
