HB Fringe Satc/Candies Fringe Satc

Is this a glitch or what? It was not tagged as HB but Candies and it is now available in Kohl's for everybody. And this bag was not even in the Hot Buys Doll so how this thing happen? Hmm.. I better get this "controvertial bag" now. LOL :)

Any ideas? Please help me... :)
